Announcement & Offertory Request Form

If you or a group you represent would like to make an announcement or give an offertory during a Sunday service, please fill out the form below with as much detail as possible. We’ll get back to you to discuss scheduling. We do our best to fit everyone in, but requests made on short-notice or during busy seasons may not be possible to fulfill.

Please keep all special announcements to two minutes or less, and offertories to five minutes or less. Going over time forces the church staff to cut other content from the service last-minute, such as communion liturgy or music. If you believe you need more time, please contact the church offic e to discuss alternatives.

If you just want to have a staff announcer deliver an announcement, you don’t need to fill out this form. Send an email to Annika Griffith.

Is this a special announcement or an offertory?

Special announcements are general announcements delivered by someone other than the scheduled announcer. Topics vary widely, from events to ministry opportunities. Most announcement requests fall into this category. Please note that there is a 2 minute time limit. Offertories contain ONLY testimony and do NOT include any kind of call to action (e.g., asking people to give, or to sign up for an event). Standard time allowed for an offertory is 5 minutes. Offertories are ended with the speaker saying "This is what the Lord has done for me/us."

Please give us as much information as possible about the content of your announcement/offertory. Be sure to include any information you would like shared in the worship guide, slides, and other communications. Also share anything unique about your announcement. Are multiple people going to be speaking? Will the content be presented in a unique way, such as a skit? Do you have multiple talking points, or content that may take some time to get through?

When would you prefer to give this announcement/offertory?

The staff office will email you to coordinate an exact date. Please be aware that it may not be possible to fulfill requests received on short notice, or during busy seasons.
